Visiting Rogan Brewery of AB InBevUkraine
On October 21, 2014 future specialists in hotel and catering business, namely: students of group UHR–21 and their group supervisor Heorhii Dovhal visited Kharkiv Brewery Rogan of the AB InBev Ukraine.
The excursion enabled the students to learn the history of the factory, the oldest traditions of brewing, and the classical technology of beer production, which consists in obtaining malt from barley, making wort, fermentation, ripening, treatment and bottling.
“This visit to the Rogan brewery was incredibly interesting. The students found out a lot of new information about the company’s history, development of modern brewing and saw the brewery employees at work. It was an invaluable experience and bright emotions,” shares her impressions Mariia Derevianko, a student of group UHR–21 .
The excursion ended with a visit to the tasting room where the participants could taste the best sorts of beer and got presents from the workers of the brewery.
