Maksym Lepokhin, a fourth-year student of the School of International Economic Relations and Travel Business of Karazin University is among 33 interns from all over the world to participate in the Caux Interns Leadership Program in Caux (Switzerland).
The Caux Interns Leadership Program is created to promote the concept of freedom in the world, to develop an understanding of the nature of change as well as conditions that create change. The participants of the international dialogue had a month to share important experience and undergo some useful training. The trainings touched upon leadership qualities, values and moral standards, teamwork and cooperation, national care and global challenges of today. The interns were given an opportunity to take part in preparing and conducting international conferences held with participation of Kofi Annan, the seventh secretary-general of the United Nations, Rajmohan Gandhi, a biographer and grandson of Mahatma Gandhi.
At the end of the month all interns received personal certificates of their participation in the internship program. On the whole, representatives from Australia, Brazil, Great Britain, Egypt, Italy, Canada, China, Lebanon, Mexico, Moldavia, Poland, Romania, the USA, Ukraine, Japan and other countries participated in the program.
