The Beginning of the Conference on actual problems of World Economy and International Economic Relations

In V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University the Scientific conference of young scientists "Actual problems of the world economy and international economic relations" had began.

The event was held with the participation of the Dean, Professor Vadim Sidorov, the deputy dean, Professor Nadia Kazakova and the Associate Professor Larissa Grigorova- Berenda and also the professors Arthur Golikov, Olena Dovhal, Igor Matushenko, the associate professor Pavlo Chernomaz, the lecturers and university students.

Vadim Sidorov greeted the participants, noting the high level of the scientific works presented at the conference and wishing success in its work.

Within the scope of the plenary meeting the academics of the Faculty brought their reports, especially Arthur Golikov outlined the main trends in the world population problem, the interconnection between the population amount to the amount of food, he determined the causes of the population growth on earth, including early marriages, the religion influence, the traditions of large families, prohibition of abortion and so on.

Igor Matiushenko, considering the promising areas of scientific and technological development of the world countries, stressed the importance of the convergence of knowledge, technology and society, as well as conducting advanced researches for the business, solving global problems, satisfaction of human needs and more.

During the sessions there wiil be a discussion of the problems of the transformation of international economic relations into the era of globalization, of the world economy and national economies development, as well as topical issues of the contemporary international relations.
