Contest “Higher School of Kharkiv Region — the Best Names”: Wrap-Up
On November 29, 2013, the XV Contest “Higher School of Kharkiv Region — the Best Names” held its solemn wrap-up ceremony engaging 117 faculty members of higher educational institutions of the city and oblast competing in seven nominations.
The participants were greeted by Yevhen Savin, Deputy Head of the Regional State Administration, Olena Oleshko, First Deputy Head of Kharkiv Regional Council, and Ihor Terekhov, Deputy Mayor of Kharkiv.
By the contest results, Nadiia Kazakova, Associate Professor of the Department of International Economic Relations, School of International Economic Relations and Travel Business, who represented Karazin University, won the nomination “Instructor of Career-Oriented Disciplines”.
Moreover, within the framework of the event, to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, an exhibition was held presenting research and development projects of Kharkiv region scientists.
We would like to congratulate Nadiia Kazakova and wish her further achievements in the field!
For reference. The regional contest “Higher School of Kharkiv Region — the Best Names” was initiated in 1999, and nearly 700 lecturers and instructors have become laureates and winners thereof since.
