The School pays special attention to cultural development of its students and aspires to cultivate moral values and national traditions in them. Therefore, the School holds numerous events: concerts to celebrate New Year, 8th of March, Day of the School, Lecturer’s Day with both students and faculty participating.

The atmosphere of leadership and desire to win reigning at the School contribute greatly to success in University competitions. Bright achievements of our School:

The School traditionally holds charity events. Twice or thrice a year students and faculty of the School visit the orphanage under the patronage of the School where they give performances for children, offer them gifts, smiles and various necessities.

The School has a tradition of initiating students into “internationals” and “tourists” every September.

The initiation ceremony is held officially in the great Column Hall of the University Northern Building with guests of honor invited: Public deputies of Ukraine, deputies of Kharkiv City Council, cultural figures and figures of sports.

Travel Business students hold their initiation ceremony in picturesque nooks of Kharkiv in a friendly atmosphere.

Speaking foreign languages, knowing the fundamentals of the diplomatic protocol and etiquette, being experts in International Law and Economics, our students actively participate in University meetings with leading specialists and representatives of authorities, culture and sports not only from Ukraine, but also from around the world.

The School also holds a Week of famous people of Kharkiv within the framework of which students have an opportunity to communicate with successful people from show business, authorities, tourism, culture and sports in an informal atmosphere.

Sense of humor prolongs life. Тhe team Positiva took the second place in the University KVN contest (of the Club of the Smart and the Merry) and became a semifinalist of the KVN league.
