Beauty Pageant “Wild Angels – 2013”
What can be better than a woman’s beauty complemented by wit and charm? You have guessed right — nothing!
That is the gift the Primary Trade Union Organization of undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students together with the deputy group “Molodi Rehiony” ("Young Regions") presented to V. N. Karazin Kharkov National University and all Kharkiv students on November 15.
Nine most beautiful girls of the University pleased the eye of the guests at the Misto club all night. They appeared on stage as mysterious flight attendants whose image was created thanks to the title sponsor of the event — the International Airport Kharkiv and Kharkiv Live magazine, then made their appearance as stylish intellectual women whose nonpareil style was created by the Emporio Armani boutique. And, of course, at the end of the night the girls morphed into Wild Angels.
Daria Arendar, a student of the School of Law, was the best in assuming all of the roles and therefore the winner of the title “Wild Angel – 2013” and a happy owner of a modern and stylish gift – iPad Air.
Mariia Mostenets, a student of the School of International Economic Relations and Travel Business, was awarded the title of the First Runner-Up. Her beauty helped her win the hearts of the jury, a trip to Europe from the S-Travel agency and a special prize from Kharkiv Live magazine.
The Second Runner-Up, Daria Chapek, (School of Economics) was so graceful and seductive that she became the Angel of the Internet poll held on the website of the media partner 057.ua.
The participants’ beauty, intelligence and charisma were judged by a highly qualified jury comprising Head of the Primary Trade Union Organization of undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students Serhii Makhnovskyi, representatives of the deputy faction “Molodi Rehiony” Habriel Mykhailov and Andrii Bondarenko as well as other representatives of the pageant partners.
The winners were not the only ones to have received presents. The lucky guests of the event were presented with stylish gifts from the multi-brand clothing store Depstor, a constant sponsor of the “Wild Angels” pageant. Another real surprise was performances given byDmytro Fedotov, a European champion in Pole Dance, and Anastasiia Prudius, an X-Factor participant.
The party was a success: girls crying tears of joy; men laughing; students dancing… Student years are the best years of our life!
